My experience at Hanoi Flora Hotel was pleasant and satisfactory. the location in the old quarter is convenient, with numerous dining options nearby, and the street noise was pleasantly muted for a good night's rest. the room, though compact, was well, equipped with a comfortable king, sized bed. the staff, particularly Ms. CiCi, offered exceptional assistance with arranging tours and transfers. In terms of amenities, the hotel provides valuable services like an airport shuttle and currency exchange. the breakfast selection was modest, and the room lacked extra luxuries like a mini, bar or ironing facilities. While the price point may not align with a full, fledged luxury experience, the attentive service and practical offerings make Hanoi Flora Hotel a good choice for budget, conscious travelers seeking comfort and convenience in a bustling city.
